HR3957 - The “Dems to stuff the ballot box” act

For 2010 mid-term, dems can’t win on the issues so they use HR3957, Acorn and other methods to stuff the ballot box.
H. R. 3957
To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require States to provide for same day registration. This Act may be cited as the `Same Day Registration Act'.

Each State shall permit any eligible individual on the day of a Federal election and on any day when voting, including early voting, is permitted for a Federal election--

(A) to register to vote in such election at the polling place using a form that meets the requirements under section 9(b) of the National Voter Registration Act of 1993; and

(B) to cast a vote in such election.

Like many things the democrats propose, they are great at first blush.

Election commissions have a valid reason for setting registration deadlines. You need to validate residency and other qualifications to vote like you are not an alien (illegal or legal).

I am from Obama’s hometown. Chicago unofficial motto is: Vote early and vote often. Obama and the socialists want to get rid of all the controls on who can vote. Get rid of all the controls on how many times you vote.
